• Responsible for all aspects and operations of a full-service real estate development company. From the acquisition of raw dirt to delivering a finished lot, Lantrip handles all of the entitlement and development approvals. Lantrip specializes in developing communities and maximizing property values with the entitlement and development approvals.

• Responsible for a full-service real estate brokerage company. SE Real Estate Group handle all aspects of identifying and purchasing of raw land. SE Real Estate Group also assist in investors acquiring and/or selling their properties.

• With over 25 years experience SE Capital has specialized in hard money, institutional and private lenders.  We work closely to assist our investors and builders with A&D, Bridge, Fix-N-Flip and ground up construction.

Mac Lantrip aspired to be a professional football player as a youth and teen growing up in Central Florida, after a successful collage football career he had 2 choices. Try turning pro or follow another ambition and like his mother become a real estate developer. Mac chose real estate development as his way to make a living, and throughout his career made it a passion and an art form. Mac has determined that the Central Florida area is were he will make his living. Before getting into industrial and commercial projects he made his living working for other developers and focusing on new home subdivisions. Mac has represented and worked many talented builders/ developers such as Dave Brewer Homes, Larry Fleming Homes, Greater Construction, Herbert Early, Rob Silliman, Rob Reiche, D.R. Horton, Unlimited builders, and others. Mac has brought into the Sun State family a full-service general construction company that is involved in building many new construction homes as well as building the homes for Sun State Developments. With adding, Son, Logan Lantrip to the team, he has received much added assistance to the actual construction of the projects. Sun State International Realty became a reality in 2018 as the need for a focused environment to reach out to outside investors and market project to and for them. The international market has been under looked for a long time and Mac feels the need to capitalize on this exposure. Also, owning a full-service real estate brokerage he can reduce cost in selling properties. Mac, graduated college with a degree in Finance and has learned the value of this arena. His experience has taken him to the international and institutional environments. Projects that require financing usually of non-conforming underwriting require a different mindset and underwriting. Working with firms overseas, large private equity groups, insurance companies, private lenders, etc. Mac has a very good relationship with these companies and continues to expand his influence.

Owner/Partner. Managing Partner in real estate development and construction companies, finance and marketing companies, Mac has been responsible for the marketing and sales of million dollars of residential real estate, over millions of dollars of development and construction.

More specially:

Mac has been responsible for all financial activities including negotiation, procurement, and servicing of construction loans, permanent loans and limited partner activities. Forecasted and implemented strategic direction for company business affairs. Responsible for all feasibility studies and financial modeling for potential development sites. Developing and executing all marketing and sales programs for each project.

Mac also oversees the planning, construction, and development of real estate construction activities. Coordinates all budgeting of subcontracts. Responsible for all construction draws. Partner in the selection of subcontractors, construction materials, and developed and maintained the form and content of corporate reporting both internally and directly with lenders. Responsibilities included predevelopment procedures such as site identification, design, and permitting, to reviewing bids, contract negotiations, and supervision of project specific contractors including architects, engineers, surveyors, superintendants, and subcontractors.

Mac has developed and maintains a far-reaching list of contacts and clients including business executive, developers, lenders, land planners, city officials, civil engineers, builder, lenders, real estate brokers and others. Mac lives with his wife Angela and son Logan, collage graduate with 3 degrees while playing varsity football all 4 years, partners with him in Sun State Construction and daughter, Jenna, attends Univ of Alabama and plays soccer for the Tide. We are avid deep-sea fisherman and sports minded.
